Who we are
One accountable field organization.
CLI has located and marked underground utilities before excavation since 2001, for municipalities, utilities, telecom and pipeline owners, contractors, and engineering firms. The work covers water, electric, sewer, gas, cable, and fibre, and CLI has been a trusted Locate Alliance Consortium service provider since 2005.

CLI remains the contracting and accountable provider.
CLI is part of INTUS Group, alongside ID Technologies and INTUS Municipal Services. Subsurface investigation work is delivered with our sister company Tierra Geomatic. Field delivery, accountability, and the buyer relationship remain with CLI.
