Field guide
Three details, then the routing.
Three details move a locate request forward: the site address, the planned dig dates, and the locate ticket number. Add the requester role and a working phone number so routing can be confirmed without a second call.
The locate is part of the work plan, not a decorative mark on the ground. Starting the request with enough lead time protects the schedule from strikes, fines, failed inspections, and downtime.
CLI locates in Ontario, Alberta, and British Columbia. All three regions are in season now. Call with the project address to confirm the routing. The completion time depends on the region, the contract, and the request. Confirm the expectation when CLI routes the request.
