About Locatorbase
CLI manages its locating operations through a unique ticket management portal, called “Locatorbase”. This proprietary web-based ERP-style system, designed and maintained completely in-house by CLI’s technology partner ID Technologies Inc., has been tailored to the utility locating industry and empowers CLI with full closed-loop control over locating operations and workflow management by providing real-time data, statistics and reporting on the lifecycle of locate requests, also known as “tickets”, carried out by CLI employees.
The “Locatorbase” system facilitates ticket scheduling, dispatching, completion, reporting and archiving as well as CLI’s business processes including payroll and hours/work auditing, billing and statistical analysis for all operations country-wide.
